Carol's Daughter History

As a marketing class project I am required to do a Company analysis of a company with in the cosmetic industry. I have chosen Carrol's Daughter as the company that I want to profile. If anyone in this community could help me with information about the history(i.e. Where is she from, when did she decide to launch her company, how long has she been in business, etc.) of Carrol's Daughter that would be great.
